Few months ago, I read from paper about the news of house in the state is very cheap now. Of course, most of it is auction house. According to the article, some of the units even priced at one dollar. :S however, the article did warn that the location of the one dollar house may not as good as those steel buildings house. Well, it was not a good idea to invest on those dollar house.

The dollars is getting cheaper now and the air ticket is quite cheap also, as compare to last two years. This should be a good sign for orlando vacations for theme park lovers. But unfortunately, I still can’t afford for an Orlando vacation as my wallet shrink too when the world economy shrink. :S unless I win the sweepstakes or else, I don’t think I will afford for an Orlando vacation in future. How sad….

We are a general insurance agent too, but mainly target at auto insurance instead of others. The reason is pretty simple as we are a car dealer who trading in sell and buy of vehicle. I think we are playstation supporter as we have all the 3 generation playstation at home. :S

Among the 3 consoles, we like ps3 games the most as it has the best graphic, even better than graphic from a DVD disc. We plug the console to the LCD with HDMI cable, well there is still some different of graphic if you are not using a hdmi cable. LOL

There is a lot of sales now, most probably is because the Christmas and the New Year is coming soon. I have a long shopping list which was ready since months ago! Besides the fragrant/perfume, I also want to buy clothes, especially the legging which is look similar like breeches. Lately, I have heard a lot of people complaint they were cheated by the insurance company. In fact, it is not cheated, but is misunderstanding. Last time when they bought the insurance, they were told that only have to pay the premium for a certain years then the policy will be remain in force till age 80 or 100. however, most insurance company lost money during the economy crisis and the policy return has become lesser too, so the policy value is not enough to cover off the remain period of the policy and the insured are request to continue to pay the premium. Well, they can always check out life insurance leads to proof this.

LOL well, I believe this is true as a friend who has just delivered to her third baby three months ago, is now back to her pre-pregnancy weight! And her secret is, taking care of the kiddos! My friend is going to Australia soon. She told me that, she has problem to look for a suitable room and rent a car. There is lot of thing to know about car rental and she not really understands about it. As for the rooms, she planned to rent an apartment but most apartments has no fitted with air conditional. :S this is a small matter if you are traveling during the autumn and winter, but it is a big problem when you are traveling in Summer.

This is first time I heard about this and all the while, I thought all the hotel and apartment is fitted with air conditional by standard. Funny …. Good that she told me about this so that I know what to do when I am traveling there in future.

As for the car rental part, the car rental company replies her email mentioned to her about the excess, and the procedure to rent a car. Well, she thought rent a car is very easy like how we rent a car in Langkawi, with no Fleet program and not to mentioned about the excess and insurance thingy. :S anyway, I already get my colleague to explain to her the proper car rental procedure and the insurance excess thingy.

My friend share with me how stingy of her boss is.

The office has only less than five staffs which inclusive of the sales personal. One day, the boss decided to install a punch card machine with the reason want to discipline the office. She want to know who always late to office and now, even the sales personal also have to be in office in the morning, just to punch the card before she/he go out for his/her work.

Besides that, the boss also want to check the mileage claim before she release the Auto Allowance to them. i think soon or later the boss will announce to check their mobile billing before they can claim for it. LOL

To be frank, I can’t imagine what if my boss does the same want to check our mileage claim. But, I am sure he wont as most of the staff who qualified for the claim is boss’s relative. They will in trouble if he did, as they use the car not only for office work, but also for daily personal usage with full petrol claim from the company. :S

Anyway, this is good to me as I benefit from the side although I am not a relative of boss.
