It has been quite some time I didn’t go for a massage. The last time I had a good massage is during my last trip to Bali. To be frank, the Balinese massage I had in Bali was not much different with the massage I had it here. The steps are too similar for both, and not forgotten the massage table too. It has been 3 weeks I am cough like an old lady. Before that I have sore throat and even until now, I still can feel my throat is so itchy. The advantage of staying in a double (or triple) storey house is we can get to burn fat faster. I believe everyone knows that smoking is very harmful to our health, but yet still there are lots of smoker around.

I always believe that parent should know about the bad side about smoking and they shouldn’t smoking in front of the kids; but quite disappointed as there are still a lot of parent smoking in front of the kid. Imagine how harmful the second hand nicotine to such a small kid. I am very angry whenever I saw this, really pitiful the kids.

My dad is a heavy smoker and he was dead due to lung cancer. We all know that what cause the lung cancer. In fact he is a healthy old man which hardly falls sick.

I think the government should do more work to deliver the Quit Smoking Information to the publicity. And the best is, declare the country as no smoking country by restrict the smoking area like what other country did.

As I remember, the government ever declares that smoking inside the shopping mall or any indoor with air cond is prohibited. But, there are still a lot of smoker smoking inside the shopping mall and they are not receive any punishment for against the law.

I just download a weight lose calculator to my iphone. I thought it will be a great tool for me to monitor my weight and the fat hidden inside me. But, the tool is not as friendly as I thought, and the calculation of fat is not automatically with a specific formula like those available at a fat analysis machine. Even I have take the best weight loss supplement, the tool is useless too to keep track of the result.
